RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Thank you for ordering from our Online Boutique
Brunello Cucinelli will replace or refund any product purchased from the online Boutique that does not conform to your expectations, provided that you submit your request within 7 days and your exchange request within 30 days from the product delivery date. For this purpose, terms and conditions explicated inTerms and Conditions apply.
Fragrance return
To return a fragrance, please read our Returns Policy and contact our Customer Care team.
Return Condition
Every product must be returned with the security tag and all its labels attached, in its original packaging and with all the accessories and covers received with the order. The products must not show any signs of use, scratches or be altered in any way (worn, washed, ironed, etc.) and it must be returned in the same condition it was shipped and packed appropriately. The seller reserves the right to refuse the return. Exchange requests can be accepted for the same item in different color or size, when the product is available in stock.
Return Process
Please follow the steps below to make a return or an exchange:
1. Visit the online Boutique at shop.brunellocucinelli.cn
Registered customers will be able to select the order they wish to return in the section “Order” under the “Your Page” section. If you have not registered for an account, you will need to access “Orders and Returns” from the main menu and search for your order using the order number, email address and telephone number.
2. Confirm the pick-up details for your return
You have to provide a date preference, your pick up address and telephone number on the online form as they will be shared directly with the courier. Once you have completed the online form, we will send you a confirmation of your request for a return or an exchange, that will include the (RAN) Return Authorization Number.
3. Prepare your package for the return shipment
Store the products supplied with the security tag, the hang tags, the order detail sheet and all the related accessories inside the original packaging. Seal the package carefully in order to ensure an adequate protection of the contents during the transportation.
4. Deliver the package to the courier
Our courier will get in touch with you before the pick-up date requested, and will provide you with a copy of the shipping label at the time of the pick-up. The return will be free of charge.
